  • Tickets are available from Ticketbooth, from 8am Tuesday 14 September.

  • You MUST sit in your specific purchased seat, regardless if other seats around you are vacant.
  • As we're hosting a reserved, ticketed event the Qld Health Guidelines allow for the full use of both Eastern and Western grandstands (this means swimmers and their families can sit together).
  • All ticket holders (spectators and competing swimmers) must scan their Ticketbooth ticket upon arrival (no scanning out required).
  • All attendees* must check in using the Check In Qld app (no check out required). Those unable to check in using their device, must check in using the devices available at the main entry.
  • Masks are required to be worn by all attendees (12 years of age or older).
  • Masks may only be removed when eating/drinking while seated or when outdoors and physically distanced from other attendees.
  • Swimmers must wear their mask up to the point just prior to entering the water (e.g. when they're walking out behind the blocks). Gear racks will be made available for swimmers to use near the blocks and warm up pool.
  • Failure to comply with mask requirements may result in the event being stopped.

*not required for unaccompanied minors under the age of 16 years

Please note, any coaches who wish to sit in the grandstand will need to pre-purchase a Ticketbooth ticket. Coach tickets are complimentary, coaches can email us for a code to secure their free ticket.

  • MASKS
  • Masks are required at this event and must be worn at all times when inside the aquatic centre (including in and around pool deck) and outside when physical distancing is unachievable. Masks can only be removed in the grandstand when eating/drinking while seated. Competing swimmers may remove their mask just prior to entering the water (e.g. when they’re walking out behind the blocks), with their mask required to be put back on as soon as practical after warming down and/or racing. The event will be stopped if masks are not being worn appropriately by attendees.

  • SPECTATOR, SWIMMER & COACH TICKETING
  • All spectators and swimmers require a pre-purchased ticket to this event, via Ticketbooth; Spectators $7 (plus fees) and competing swimmers (free). Each ticket is for a specific section, row and seat in the grandstand which must be used by attendees during the event. Any coaches who wish to sit in the grandstand must also organise a Ticketbooth ticket for this event (complimentary). There will not be any Club Manager allocations or pre-assigned club group seating.

The full grandstand will be open for this event, in line with current Qld Health guidelines, with almost 4000 seats there will be plenty available to accommodate all spectators and swimmers wishing to attend. As this is a reserved seating, ticketed event, there will no longer be separation between those in the Eastern and Western grandstands . In order to remain compliant, all attendees wishing to sit in the grandstand require a ticket to a specific section, row and seat, which will be self-obtained through Ticketbooth in the general sale for each event. Ticketed seats must be used during the event, regardless if other seats are vacant.

  • QLD v QLD v QLD DUEL IN THE POOL
  • Due to the number of Queensland and Australian Team activities that have been cancelled due to COVID, SQ has met with the current Qld Head coaches and we all agreed there needs to be an amendment for this year’s Qld v Qld duel meet

Qld has an abundance of quality athletes, and great depth in all age groups, SQ also understands that it’s not necessarily easy to make a Qld team, so SQ has agreed for this season that the planned Duel meet becomes a Three way meet

Meaning, there will now be Three Qld Teams selected, this will allow for another 24 swimmers and 4 coaches to be included in the event
