Aust JX Program

The Australian Junior Excellence (JX) Program recognises, rewards and encourages junior swimmers who, through their development of aquatic skills and fitness, achieve a high standard of swimming excellence.

Swimmers aged from 9 to 16 years, who accomplish times set by Swimming Australia, qualify at Gold, Silver, Bronze or Green standard, depending on their best performance/s during the season.

Speedo Swim Star

'Speedo Swim Star' Caps are to reward members of Clubs for their enthusiasm and commitment to the sport. These special caps are distributed by Swimming Queensland to all its affiliated Clubs each year (quantities based on a ratio of at least one cap per 20 competitive members) to allow them to reward and recognise members for non-swimming performance related achievements. Clubs can independantly determine the awards, for example the most consistent trainer, the happiest squad member, the best fundraiser etc.

Congratulations to all the winners - keep up the great work!

McDonald's Participation and Improvement

McDonald's Participation and Improvement Programs help Clubs to recognise and reward swimmers who achieve targets set by their Club based on participation in Club activities and on personal improvement. To support the programs, major prizes are supplied by McDonald's for swimmers and their coaches and Clubs.
