Swimming Queensland congratulates Suellen Hardie on receiving an OAM in the King’s Birthday 2024 Honours List for services to sport as an official and administrator. Suellen has been a Technical Official and SQ Control Room Supervisor for more than two decades, a position she has also occupied at national meets since 2006. Suellen was on the SQ Board from 2005 to 2011, President of Brisbane Swimming from 2012 to 2018, and President of two swimming clubs . She was awarded Life Membership of SQ in 2011 and of Brisbane Swimming in 2015.
